Business Need

• Running events, jobs, and partnerships by hand doesn't scale past a handful of programs. This gives non-technical community managers direct control without needing an engineer for every change.
• Real-time analytics on attendance, bookings, and feedback let organizers double down on what's working instead of guessing.
• Company partnerships and job postings need a managed pipeline. This turns ad hoc outreach into a trackable process with applicant visibility.
• Everything a member sees on the public site, from events to the alumni directory to speaker requests, is controlled from here, keeping the two apps in sync as one product.
