Business Need

• A fast-growing alumni community outgrows WhatsApp groups and scattered spreadsheets quickly. This gives it one place to discover events, initiatives, and jobs.
• Job and speaker opportunities scattered across email threads get lost; a searchable job board and structured application flows turn interest into action.
• Event feedback collected here, spanning multi-criteria ratings and written comments, gives organizers real signal on what to run again, not just attendance counts.
• A single, always-current profile (skills, experience, resumes) shortens the distance between an alumnus and their next opportunity.
