A centralized, role-based back-office platform giving an intercity travel network's operations, finance, and platform-management teams full command over every fleet owner, driver, vehicle, station, route, and live trip. Built as a React Router v7 single-page application secured by a strict three-role RBAC model, it shares its backend and Firebase project with the owner dashboard and the driver/passenger mobile apps as one node in a connected four-app transportation platform.

Business Need

• Without a tool like this, approving a new driver, vetting a route, or reacting to a live incident means going straight to the database or waiting on engineering. This gives non-technical operations and finance staff direct, safe, audited control.
• Onboarding drivers and fleet owners at scale needs a review gate. The platform turns document and identity vetting into a structured approve/reject workflow instead of an ad hoc process.
• Safety and compliance need enforcement, not just detection. The violations/appeals workflow gives operations a formal way to discipline drivers while giving drivers a real right of appeal.
• Multi-role access has to be genuinely restricted, not just hidden in a menu. Finance staff can't touch route approvals and operations staff can't see settlement ledgers, because access is enforced at the route level.
• A cross-border, bilingual market needs a currency and language bridge. The exchange-rate control and full Arabic RTL experience make the tool usable for a Sudanese, Arabic-speaking back office, not just an English-only team.
